From Radio 4′s news headlines last night:

And on a spam email from an adult website:

“No part of this email may be reproduced without explicit written permission.”

At work we’re currently looking for a decent CRM and invoicing system – to handle web-based and telephone/mail/in-person orders.

We’d prefer something web-based if possible (rather than installing new kit in our offices) and preferably something easy to integrate with.

Anyone got any experience/suggestions/recommendations?
